Montana and Yellowstone

Yellowstone is incredible! I think it’s something everyone needs to do a couple times in life (if you live within driving distance) because it’s just more than you can even take in! After we floated down the river in Island Park we took the half hour drive into Yellowstone! So this was on the 4th of July still and it was cool to be in one of our most famous parks during the holiday!

This guy was just eating on the side of the road. Then it started to walk and Dave freaked out and punched the gas! hahaha! It was hilarious!SONY DSCSONY DSCWe ate in West Yellowstone at The Timberline Cafe and it did not disappoint. I’m a sucker for a great burger and it was the perfect American Meal for the 4th! And onions are for sure my favorite vegetable and the onion rings were fantastic as well. And of COURSE we needed pie! I don’t like apple pie and Dave doesn’t like coconut, so I got myself a coconut and he got himself apple! Then we shared a chocolate. We totally didn’t finish but we treated ourselves!Montana (2 of 4)_Amy_Hirschi_Photography_Ogden_Salt_Lake_Utah_Wedding_Photographer
