Our Week at Baha Mar

We got to spend an incredible week enjoying ourselves at Baha Mar, in Nassau! It was amazing. We’d never been to a resort before and it did not disappoint! The whole place was so big! And every inch of it was so cute!! Every little detail was great. It’s colorful and it was such a good trip for us! Dave earned the trip through work, so it was also so fun to be traveling with some of our friends!

Some of the highlights of staying at Baha Mar! There are seven pools at the resort, it’s right on the beach, they have fun activities you can do while there and yummy food! The resort is made up of three hotels, we stayed at the Grand Hyatt. It feels kind of like Vegas with gambling and night clubs, but it was also very family friendly! I couldn’t believe how many kids were in the Bahamas in general. It seemed like a great family vacation spot.

We all rented and shared a van so that we could go outside of the resort if we wanted to, but a lot of the time we just stayed there! The first day we walked over the Daiquiri Shack which is right off of the property and the food was so affordable and good!

We loved talking it easily each day and exploring the beach and a new pool too. If you ever get the chance to go to the Baha Mar, take it!
