Our new ornaments

Every trip we go on we buy an ornament, it is always so fun to decorate our tree and remember all the fun we’ve been able to have! Here’s my post from last year!

This year we were able to add a few to our collection! One of my favorite places in the world is the Yellowstone and Island Park and I was able to take Deej up there this summer over the 4th of July, it was an absolute blast!

We went to Moab this year and it was my first time hiking Delicate Arch! We went over Valentine’s Day weekend and it was such a blast! I love that we are in driving distance to so many amazing places!

And OF COURSE our Italy trip!!! I love this little scooter keychain that we got :) I’ve noticed that a lot of the ornaments that are for sale as ornaments are super over priced and usually pretty ugly, which is why a lot of times we just buy keychains we think are cute and they’re usually less than $5!Also, each place we go to with a beach we’ve started bringing home sand! Although we already had an Italy ornament I really wanted to fill an ornament with sand from Cinque Terre, it’s really dark and has a lot of rocks and sparkles in it! This sand was form Monterosso Al Mare.Looking forward to adding some more to our collection this next year! Some places we have visited I have forgotten to get something so I’d like to do that, like on our layover in Seattle or if we go to Denver again.. But we already have some amazing travel plans and I’m SO excited! I really want an ornament with black sand from Maui when we go this year! I also need to get a California ornament that’s not disney themed. Plus I’m trying to plan an exciting trip for when I graduate this year!
